Land of Orc (Auckland)

City skyline (with cows)

Auckland has been our home for the month of May and we are starting to feel pretty settled here now:

Oaklands Lodge, our home for the past 3 weeks

We will be sad to leave the city, but are getting excited about travelling and exploring again. We have been able to fit in lots of exciting things around Hannah's work, including visits to a couple of the islands in the harbour. We enjoyed tasting a few of the local wines on Waiheke island:

G tsating some vrey gud wines

and had a picnic at the top of the volcano on Rangitoto island. Sunset from the sky tower was another highlight of our time here:

Sunset from Skytower

as was our encounters with creatures of the ocean at the big aquarium!

H and "Tiddles"

Apologies for the delay in posting this. We seem to have overcome our technical problems now and a normal service will resume from now on (we hope!).

Hello
So Hannah, you can clock out of work and take to the open road again.I guess it's been interesting to combine work and travel. Is working abroad a bit like washing up in someone else's house? That bit more fun!
Gareth, sorry Manchester didn't enjoy the luck of Liverpool. Derby fell at the last hurdle.
We look forward to travelling with you in NZ.We are off to Cork for a few days with Lizzie and JAson.Lots of love to you both.Anna

Must have been good to unpack for a few weeks and get the measure of a place. Take care and hope your new adventures are as good. All much the same in London, Lowfatfilms doing ok more corporate videos, Sam is off now touring in a JB Priestly and Durbridge we will see him in eastbourne and Dan looking forward to his third year.
